La Casa Hotel Amman By Fhm

I really enjoyed the great location of La Casa Hotel Amman. It sits close to grocery markets and restaurants. The gym was another highlight. Amazing machines, weights, and a pool kept me active . The room had large windows, allowing natural light to brighten the space. The cleanliness left something to be desired. The room was dusty, and the bathroom needed attention, which detracted from my comfort. Service could use improvement too. Staff seemed distracted, and requests sometimes went unfulfilled, like when I asked for a cup of tea that never arrived. My key card stopped working almost daily, requiring me to go to the front desk frequently for reprogramming. Breakfast options were underwhelming, with limited variety, especially compared to what I've experienced in other hotels. Little details can make a big difference, and with some improvements, this hotel could shine.

The place was clean with a brilliantly friendly and affable staff. The room was brand-new and warm, the bathroom was nice. The facilities, such as a private safe, a mini-bar, and central heating, were all that was needed😀

Breakfast with omelette station and international cuisine, as for instance. A nice size and nicely furnished room with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Location next to shopping mall, the Mosque and the restuarant...

Where it excels and where it fails

The staff was friendly, with particularly great service from Abdulhameed! The location is prime.

The hotel suffered from cleanliness issues, with dusty rooms and a musty smell. The breakfast was lackluster, offering limited choices.

The gym equipment was dated and not well maintained. Housekeeping was inconsistent. My room was not cleaned properly . The towels were often worn out and had a musty smell, quite off-putting.

The fitness center is amazing, with plenty of machines and a sauna. Nearby, Reem albawadi serves tasty local dishes, and the egg station at breakfast was a bright spot! Those English muffins were a delight that much better.

The staff was really helpful with a late checkout. Breakfast had a nice healthy spread , including local and European options. Valet parking made it easy to get in and out, and the spa facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Great indoor pool but lacked sufficient luggage storage options.

Mixed Feelings About Our Stay

We enjoyed the spacious layout of the junior suite for our family with children, but cleanliness issues were disappointing. The staff was friendly, yet the laundry mishap really marred our experience. Future guests should ensure to communicate any concerns promptly for quicker resolutions.

The staff were accommodating and attentive making everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The proximity to a variety of shops and restaurants was a huge plus, perfect for exploring downtown.
